- GWC Inc. warrants their product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of a defective product from the purchaser (with transportation charges prepaid) during the warranty period, GWC Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair the product at no additional charge. The purchaser is responsible for insuring the product returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipment.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (1) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, OR MISAPPLICATION, HAS BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF BEING IMPROPERLY CONNECTED TO OTHER EQUIPMENT, HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS, WRITTEN CONSENT OF GWC INC., OR IF THE SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED; (2) THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED TO DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS; AND (3) THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE, APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, GWC INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GWC INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN. THE PURCHASERS SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL GWC INC. BE LIABLE TO ANY PURCHASER, OR TO ANY USER, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GWC INC. PRODUCT PURCHASED BY THE PURCHASER.
TecNet Warranty Statement
TecNet warrants each new radio product manufactured or supplied by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the time period listed below, provided that the user has complied with the requirements stated herein. The Warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an Authorized TecNet Sales and Service Outlet. This Warranty is offered to the original end user and is not assignable or transferable. TecNet is not responsible for any ancillary equipment, which is attached to or used in conjunction with it's products.
TecNet offers to the original end user a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all Maxon and HeadLine Radio Products. Accessories carry a One (1) Year Limited Warranty.
During this period, if the product fails to function under normal use because of manufacturing defect(s) or workmanship, it should be returned to the Authorized TecNet Sales and Service Outlet from which it was purchased. The Outlet will repair the product, or return the product for repair to TecNet or its Authorized Repair Depot. The user is responsible for the payment of any charges or expenses incurred for the removal of the defective product from the vehicle or other site of its use; for the transportation of the product to the Sales and Service Outlet; for the return of the repaired / replacement product to the site of its use and for the reinstallation of the product.
TecNet shall have no obligation to make repairs or to cause replacement required which results from normal wear and tear or is necessitated in whole or in part by catastrophe, fault or negligence of the user, improper / unauthorized alterations or repairs to the Product, incorrect wiring, use of the Product in a manner for which it was not designed, or by causes external to the Product. This warranty is void if the product serial number is altered, defaced, or removed. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms: Net 30 days. Orders will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis until credit has been established. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX accepted. Online orders are processed through PayPal.
Shipments: F.O.B. Yakima, WA unless otherwise specified.
Freight: All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Standard shipment is by UPS Ground unless otherwise directed by the purchaser. Rates are based on current price schedules as provided by the carrier.
Receipt of Shipment: Upon delivery of merchandise by GWC Inc. in good order to the carrier, the merchandise becomes the property of the the purchaser. Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted to the carrier within ten days of receipt of the shipment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect merchandise upon receipt for any possible damage. If received in damaged condition, the delivering carrier should be contacted immediately to inspect the shipment.
Returns and Exchanges: All returns must include all factory packaging and manuals. All returns of merchandise with original factory defects are for repair or exchange only. Any credits issued for returned merchandise will be less any necessary charges for repairing or refinishing and a 15% restocking fee will be applied against any credits issued for merchandise returned for credit only. Merchandise returned to GWC Inc. by the purchaser for any reason must be shipped prepaid.
